Hello students,
The Department of Emergency Medicine has several programs for medical students at Rush Medical College.
- EMD 703: the month-long, required fourth-year rotation (given here and at Stroger/Cook County Hospital)
- EMD 717: the 2-week online course in Disaster Medicine (more information at this site DMclerkship.org
- M2 APD: the second year Applied Physical Diagnosis class. Rush and Stroger/Cook County Emergency Departments are both sites for this program
- M3 Refresher Course: the course to reacquaint students who have taken time off to clinical medicine prior to jumping into the clerkships
